I’m a retired local truck driver of 12 years, I got tired of being away from the family and friends all day long and being too tired to do anything in the evenings or nights. I got home after spending 10-12 hrs on the road only to get up and do it all over again the next day. I was literally spinning my wheels! So I finally quit my job and started a handyman business from home. Then the financial crisis hit. Well fortunately I have a friend who is a realtor and she sells REO properties. I don’t know about you but I’m not willing to wait that long. I am not going to hunker down and hope for the best. Neither should you. We need to be proactive. Which brings me to my next point.
