I’m a retired local truck driver of 12 years, I got tired of being away from the family and friends all day long and being too tired to do anything in the evenings or nights. I got home after spending 10-12 hrs on the road only to get up and do it all over again the next day. I was literally spinning my wheels! So I finally quit my job and started a handyman business from home. Then the financial crisis hit. Well fortunately I have a friend who is a realtor and she sells REO properties. If you know anything about those they all need work on them to get them sold. However, they say that this financial crisis could last up to 10years. I don’t know about you but I’m not willing to wait that long. I am not going to hunker down and hope for the best. Neither should you. We need to be proactive. Which brings me to my next point.
